What does working together look like?

I’ll join and immerse myself in your team to help with a high-leverage initiative listed above or another area you’ve identified where you need a product leader to collaborate alongside. We’ll work together to determine if that’s on a per-project basis or as an interim product leader.

It’s important to note that my approach is fundamentally different than traditional consulting. I’m not giving you four hours each week because I don’t believe effective product leadership can work in that style. I’m immersing myself in your team to deeply understand and help tackle the most impactful challenges your organization is facing as it scales.
